The essence of the rule of law is that like cases are treated alike; that there is not one rule for the powerful and another for the powerless; one rule for the rich and another for the poor.
To fail to aggressively prosecute corporate crime leads citizens to doubt that their government adheres to this principle.
However, what happens when corrupt officials attack innocent people to fulfill a personal vendetta or agenda. On March 24, 2022, Dr. Richard Marchitto, a 73-year-old retired dentist from New Jersey had his new NFT business bank account seized, flattened, and closed with over $200,000 in his business account.
Sadly, with no proof and a bogus narrative by AUSA Jenifer Waier and a sham testimony based on declarations of suspicion by a special agent Michelle Belluzi. A California Judge authorized the DOJ California FBI agent to seize the money from his business account at PNC bank in New Jersey on a 14-day court order.
Straightway Dr. Marchitto hired a law firm to get the money back. Unfortunately, Dr. Marchitto attorney in New York explained after talking with AUSA Jenifer Weir, that she said she would arrest Marchitto if he did not drop the case against the FBI, and DOJ.

Who is Jennifer Waier?
Jenifer Waier (Cal. Bar No. 209813), is the Assistant United States Attorney, who also fraudulently claimed Richard Marchitto, a retired 73-year-old dentist, is guilty of fraud. What is interesting about Jennifer is, she’s a government employee, a person clothed in public image, yet no pictures of her are found online, even on LinkedIn! Everyone, specifically people who have social standing have their profiles on LinkedIn, so how come? Is she hiding something? Why does publicity scare her? What is she afraid of?
The facts are simple to understand. AUSA Jennifer Waier has continually badgered and threatened Dr. Marchitto to close his company bank accounts down or she would put him in jail.
